Harriet recently turned 3 (where does the time go?!) and I wanted to continue encouraging her love of role play by buying her a doctors set. I spent many an evening searching online for the perfect one and seeing as I looked at so many before finally deciding on ‘the one’, I thought I would show you those that I liked along the way.
For starters the bag is great. It has wooden handles and a magnetic closing and is large enough to fit a substantial amount of doctor’s kit inside. Harriet carries around most of her vet set in there now too. The pieces are all wooden, with the medicine bottles making a clicking sound as you turn them, the thermometer and syringe both have sliding indicators, the ear piece of the stethoscope is elasticated and the blood pressure cuff is the perfect size to use on other children and dolls.
My youngest daughter loves her doctors kit. Role play is so much fun 🙂
