Today’s post is simply about what has caught my eye in the world of fashion. What I would love to add to my shopping basket (if the husband is reading this he is probably having heart palpitations right now). It’s a mixture of wanting the sun to come out with some SS17 pieces and trying to escape the cold with the cosy knits and plenty of lovely things in-between.
Ballet pumps by River Island – these pretty yet pretty cool ballet pumps will go with a multitude of outfits when tights and socks are no longer required in this cold weather.
Bag by & Other Stories – this is so pretty and will put a smile on the face of anyone carrying it.
Sweatshirt style top with lace by Zara – I love the contrast of the black nd white graphic hem and cuffs with the pretty pink lace.
Keyring by H&M – just saying…
Dress by Hush – this dress with its tiny stars can be worn now with tights and a polo neck jumper underneath and the layers can be shed as the temperature rises.
Lingerie set from Marks & Spencer – nope, this is not me in the mornings but the dark dusky rose colour is perfect for all skin types and the slightly padded bra adds definition where required!!
Dress by Gucci – in my dreams, but too pretty to not include…let us just sit and stare at it for a while…
Cotton knit jumper by Needle Boutique – the textured knit adds interest to this wearable knit in aqua and navy.
Wrap front jumper by The White Company – when I was younger I was desperate to be a ballerina…all tutus and leg warmers but I was always being told off for sticking my bottom out too much (sadly I was just made that way) so here is a lovely jumper with hints of ballerina at rest about it…to try and go a little way to living the dream!!
Ballet shoes from French Sole – the ballet theme continues from the go-to brand for ballet pumps. These are perfect for this time of year…in case anyone is listening out there…ahem.
