Half Term has varied from school to school but for us it has kicked off this week. The boys asked me to collect “junk” so they could tinker with it over the break. Give them some bits otherwise destined for recycling, a roll of sellotape and a glue stick and they’re happy. Beyond model making we will be doing some Halloween based activities and then its onto thinking about Christmas – dare I say, hooray!! Anyway, here are some things I am loving at the moment – some may make the Christmas wishlist and some I am using already.
Corduroy Jumpsuit with Bow by Zara – more leanings towards thinking of Christmas when I saw this little outfit. It’s simply adorable for your little on joining in a Christmas get together.
Leonora Dress by Papouelli – this dress is just one of the most beautiful things for a little girl. For ages 2-8, this dusky pink (!), velvet (!), smocked (!) dress is the perfect party piece.
Organic Cheetah T-Shirt by Five Boys Clothing – this is probably Harry’s most worn item. It has been washed more times than I can count and has not stretched or faded. The cotton is lovely and soft (my boys get very precious about itchy material…cant think where they get it from…) and the various designs produced by Five Boys Clothing highlight endangered species and environmental issues.
Brushed Cargo Pants by Boden – talking of my boys being a bit precious about clothing, Boden’s brushed cargo pants tend to be the only trousers they like to wear throughout Autumn and Winter. They are soft, easy to pull on and do not hinder adventurous play. I purchase them every year without fail.
Wooden Flamingo Game by Janod – the perfect game little ones can enjoy playing with their gown-ups.
Football Colouring Poster by OMY – OMY’s poster range is perfect if you want something which will occupy the minis whilst potentially creating something great for them to put up in their bedroom/playroom.
Joly Printed Maxi Dress by Isabel Marant, Etoile – my maxi dress of dreams. My Marks & Spencer dress (which I LOVE and you can get here) has a little nod to this dress but this one is a true keeper. I’ve started saving my pennies!
Safari Print Pyjamas by Marks & Spencer – talking of Marks & Spencer, I spotted these at the Christmas Press Day they had a few weeks ago and loved the classic design teamed with the fun print. Perfect for logging about and opening the odd Christmas Pressie in on Christmas Day.
Luna Shirt Dress by Baukjen – this is sure to be a popular piece in the Baukjen range. Who doesn’t love a star print? Perfect for a lunch date or team with gold ankle boots for the evening.
Set of Glasses by Ikea – I think the design on these glasses are simply adorable. From their “Vinter” range (which is always brilliant for wrapping paper), there are also bowls to match.
Vitamin C Serum by GOW at Victoria Health – if you don’t have this you must get it! It’s a bargain-tactic £10 and has made my skin so much smoother since I’ve started using it. I have sensitive skin and it hasn’t reacted, it’s just left me with softer skin. Hooray!
