I thought I would do another round-up of some things which I am loving and which have caught my eye. Some would make great presents for Christmas or if you just fancy a little “well done to me” treat.
Wilma Liberty Shirt in Strawberry Feast by Olivier Baby – when I saw this little silk blouse at The Spirit of Christmas I fell a bit in love…it is simply stunning. It is now awaiting Hettie’s birthday to wear with the Olivier Baby bloomers I also purchased. This design also comes in a couple of dress styles. It is truly the perfect festive season piece.
Pale blue sweater by Mini A Ture from Four Fairies and a Prince – I think this print is just adorable. Perfect for little boys as well as girls (teamed with a grey tutu?).
Long Sleeve Merino Tee by Smalls – my boys hardly wear jumpers. I don’t know why but they would rather freeze in a T-shirt. That’s where these super fine, super soft and super warm merino will tees come in to play (available in a multitude of colours). The minis won’t know they are actually helping me out and wearing something which will keep them warm through Winter and the skiing holiday ahead…haha! Mummy 1 : Kids 0
Wakka Water Game by Kikko+ and Scout & Co – I have ordered this for Teddy’s stocking. It’s a beautifully designed wooden version of the retro water games I played when I was younger. I had a go and it’s strangely addictive…I can see there being fights over who plays next!
Portable Potion Making Kit by The Den Kit Co. – is it just my kids or do yours also like to do “experiments”, “make potions” and generally try and cause a bit of a mess? If so, I think this is a brilliant idea. Perfect for the Christmas stocking, this kit firstly encourages the kids to be outdoors and secondly, lets them mix up goodness knows what without it being done in the kitchen.
Make Your Own Magpie Kit by Donna Wilson – this little box contains everything needed for a little one (probably from age 6 upwards I’d say) to make a fantastical magpie. I love the idea of getting kids into craft and this requires only a small amount of hand sewing. There are also monsters, clouds and balloons if magpies aren’t for you.
Silk Hair Scrunchies by Slip – I’ve been getting really bad headaches recently and although there are factors such as carrying Hettie, remembering to drink water etc, I could feel my hair ties pulling when I wore it up so I decided to try these and they are fab. Easy to take out of my unruly thick hair without pulling and don’t strain when I’m wearing them (plus they look sooooo pretty!).
Airwrap Volume and Shape Styler by Dyson – oh Dyson, I didn’t want to want this but I do…what to do…I want swishy, shiny hair so if anyone is reading this who wants to get it for me for Christmas (ahem, hubby), please take the bait!
Rainbow Coin Purse Keyring by Millie Pink – I need this in my life. My trusty unicorn pom pom keyring has broken (sob!) and this is a perfect replacement. I always have coins floating about in my bag and it makes finding my keys in the said enormous bag a doddle.
Fun Sweater by Jumper1234 – I love circus font and this knit brings with it all the fun of the fair.
Instant Light Comfort Oil in Berry Red by Clarins – this truly Christmas-y shade will not overpower your look but give a glossy colour ready for the festivities ahead whilst looking after your lips in the colder weather.
