Did everyone get the deluge of snow last week? I have to say, the kids loved it. We dug out their snow gear and out they went coming in for the odd hot chocolate break. It got me thinking about our ski break in Easter and how the après ski style means lovely layers and cosy knits whilst relaxing with a little tipple in hand and a fire roaring as you relax after a day of fresh air and snow. Here are some pieces I hope to be packing this year.
Zigzag Snood Jumper by ME + EM – ME + EM knitwear is always super cosy, soft and sumptuous and this knit has the perfect acres ski vibe about it.
Ski Hoodie by Chinti & Parker
High Neck Sweater by & Other Stories – another cosy knit you’ll want to wear on repeat.
Leather Leggings by Baukjen – leather leggings will keep you warm and look fab with the above knits.
Waterproof Ski Pants by Oysho – these ski trousers are also great for post-skiing. They have a fleece lignin to keep you toasty warm.
Festive Star Base Layer Set by Sweaty Betty – I love the bold star print of these base layers…you’ll definitely want to show these off!
Merino Wool Base Layers by Wyse London – as you can see from the photo above I adore my Wyse merino base layers and wear them for lounging in and for everyday cosiness.
Faux Fur Gilet by Miranda Dunn – luxurious faux fur and long line in style this gilet will be a firm favourite way beyond the piste.
Transformer Shearling Parka by ME + EM – this is a real investment purchase and can be worn as a coat of gilet.
Faux Fur Scarf by Hush – a little touch of glam on the slopes.
Empire Gloves by Bart’s – practical yet they look a bit chicer than your usual ski glove.
Monaco Boots by Moon Boots – the cult post ski boot to slip into after the hobble walk in your ski boots back to the chalet!
Caribou Boot by Sorel – these look great everyday as well as for ski breaks and will last you for years to come (I have a black pair which i dig out for walks and the school run even when he snow isn’t present!).
