The BFF Eye comes in a little pot which can be stacked with any other Trinny London pots you have. This makes it convenient for taking away. However, the BFF Eye is a light gel/cream – in-between a serum and a cream so careful when opening it as it can get a bit messy!
The BFF Eye has a cocktail of ingredients which have been included to make it more than a simple under eye concealer. As Trinny London states, “Blended with hyaluronic acid, BFF Eye delivers immediate hydration to the delicate under eye area keeping the product fresh looking and crease free. Vitamin C brightens and our Duo Peptide Complex helps replenish the skins surface and assists in minimising the appearance of dark circles.”
I have the shade Reda (I have BFF Cream in Light/Medium and Just A Touch in Trintron). When I first opened it it seemed more warm in tone than the other makeup I use of Trinny London but it has a peachy base to help counteract the blue-ish hue of dark circles. In fact, although i was a bit worried it would look orange on my skin, once applied it blend perfectly with my skin tone.
So, does it work? When applying the BFF Eye it feels light and not much is required. It is easy to blend and perfect for delicate skin around the eyes prone to dehydration. Throughout the day it doesn’t cake at all or look flaky (a problem I’ve had with some concealers). It hides dark circles well without being mask-like.

The BFF Eye is, in my opinion another fab product to come out of Trinny London. It’s lightweight, feels lovely on and doesn’t crease, dry out or flake. It’s not the heaviest coverage but I find it works for me and on days I want a bit more oomph, I pat some Just A Touch into the corners of my eyes. You can find the Trinny London BFF Eye here.
