I don’t know about you, but a skinny jean is a constant go-to when you can’t think of what else to wear. They are reliable, go with most things and are easy to style. However, sometimes it’s worth stepping away from the skinny and trying new cuts and styles. This is where the Baukjen Gail Jean has been a bit of a hit with me.
The Gail Jean seems to have been cut to give the style the relaxed wide leg silhouette whilst not drowning the wearer…a tricky thing when trying on wide leg jeans (oh, the agonies of daily life…!).
The super soft denim (and I mean super soft) is a dream to wear. I even had one friend who was admiring them cop a feel which lead to a pair being purchased by her there and then!
Now, I realise white is not always the best choice for a mum of three but I love how I can style the jeans with sneakers and a tee or add a bit of glam with heels and a cami. They would also be a workwear option with a shirt and ballet pumps.
If you think you could be parted from skinny jeans and go wide you can find the Baukjen Gail Jean here. However, if the white shade is not for you, they do this style in a lovely indigo denim (here) or ready-for-Autumn khaki (here).
I was gifted the Baukjen Gail Jean however all writings, styling and opinions are my own.
