Christmas Gift Guide 2020 | Babies

The first of the 2020 Christmas Gift Guides! I hope to seek out some ideas which you may not have come across and some independent brands and labels who I love. The first gift guide is aimed at babies…so sit back with a cuppa or glass of wine and enjoy.

Bath Book by The Wee Gallery – Hettie loved her bath book. The pages magically become beautifully coloured pictures when water comes into contact with the pages.

Wooden Farm Animals Set by Plan Toys – the beautiful wooden animals are a great way for introducing words, sounds and familiar creatures to a little one.

Wooden Hammer Toy by Djeco – this little squirrel is adorable and I don’t know many little ones who don’t like to have a bash at a toy!

Bioplastic Sugarcane Stacking Play Cups by Tiny – I do not know a little one who doesn’t like stacking cups of blocks. They can also we used as water cups int eh bath and watch water sprinkle through the holes or as sand moulds or dough cutters with the various shapes on the bases. These are also environmentally friendly and contain no harmful substances which is a big thumbs up!

Baby Gym by Sebra – the different wooden toys dangling enticingly from the gym for babies to explore will have them smiling and gurgling with delight.

Rainbow Abacus by Little Dutch – not only a great toy but it will also look lovely in a nursery or playroom taking pride of place on a shelf.

Mushroom Tumbler Toy by Fabelab – Harry had a similar toy when he was a baby and he loved knocking it and seeing it wobble around whilst the bell tinkled away.

Wooden Stacking Play Set at Cissy Wears – this classic ring stacking game has the fun element of being able to create multiple people from the different elements.
