Beauty Pie | My Top Five Favourites

Beauty Pie has been around a while now but I was quite late to the Beauty Pie party. It started with a friend sending me the Japanfusion Cleanser. I had always wondered if the brand lived up to the hype from loyal customers so I was keen to give it a go. Well, after a few days of using said cleanser I was signed up and a fully fledge Beauty Pie member. Over the past couple of years I have tried numerous products and although some haven’t suited my skin, there are some core pieces which I love and re-purchase without hesitation. I thought I’d share them here with you just in case you are wondering whether it’s worth dipping your toe into the Beauty Pie world.

Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser – the product which started off my Beauty Pie journey. This cleanser is a gel which as you massage it onto your face transforms into an oil and then when you add water it emulsifies to a milk to help clean you skin thoroughly without stripping it. It’s similar to the Oskia Renaissance Gel Cleanser (which I love but this is much friendlier on the purse strings!) in terms of how it feels and is great for all skin types.

Plantastic Apricot Butter Cleansing Balm – yes, another cleanser but Beauty Pie do cleansers brilliantly. This balm is a bit of luxury in a pot. Massage this balm onto the face and it melts into an oil whilst transforming into a milky emulsion when water is applied. Talking of cleansers, Beauty Pie have a new one, the Super Healthy Skin Hot Oil Double Cleansing Balm which is designed to comfort skin and impact moisture. It is in my “to try” list!

Uber Youth Microbiome Mist-on Serum – now, I do not pretend to know what a microbiome is but what I do know is that this is probably my favourite product made by Beauty Pie. I thought at first it might be a bit of a nothing product but gave it a go and now I don’t want to be without it. I spritz it on after cleansing and it moisturises and calms and just feels like a bit of treat.

Triple Hyaluronic Acid + Peptide Serum – this is a good hyaluronic acid which sinks into the skin so it’s not left feeling sticky which some hyaluronic acids do. Plus Beauty Pie have thrown in some ceramides to soothe and peptides to help plump the skin.

Pure Ceramides Eye Moisture Serum – my eyes are super sensitive so I have steered clear of eye products in the past but this hasn’t made my eye react at all. The roller ball applicator is lovely to use (like a mini massage for the under eye area) whilst the formula is designed to rehydrate the often tired, dehydrated eye are.
