“New Year, Slightly newer you” giveaway – closing date extended!

Last week, over a period of four days the minis AND MORE… website suffered a bit of a technical hitch meaning you could only view posts from 2015 (handy…!?!). Therefore, as no one could enter this giveaway over those days I have extended the closing date from 30th January to the 5th February 2017. See below for more details of winning yourself a little bit of “me-time”.

New Year, Slightly Newer You giveaway

As I mentioned last week, I have teamed up with Lyndon Littlefair’s Yummy Tummies fitness programme, along with some other gorgeous brands to bring you a giveaway which will make 2017 a year in which you need not worry about keeping resolutions or making yourself a new person, but simply making little improvements to hopefully make your life easier.

As busy mums, we more often than not have little time for ourselves so I have put together these prizes to make you have some “retime”, even if it’s 20 minutes a day.

So, the prizes? Carry on reading…

Yummy Tummies new mum fitness programme

Access to the Yummy Tummies fitness programme – you can read more about it in my post here, but essentially it is a fitness programme designed to help fit around your schedule. Obviously you need to set aside some time, but put on some music, grab a medicine ball and give it a go. Not only do you feel you’ve achieved something, your body will feel stronger and more energised. Trust me, I am not a sporty person but I have stuck at this programme and loved that my tummy is a bit flatter as a result 9I’m ignoring the festive blip!).

Health and fitness giveaway

Body treats from Green People Organic Beauty – I am a huge fan of this brand. They have literally saved my over-the-top sensitive/hormonal skin. The Age Defy + Exfoliating Body Creme and Contour & Sculpt Body Lotion will be real treats for your skin, bringing out the softer, smoother you!

Health and fitness giveaway

Workout top from Essex Mama – this is now an exclusive as Essex Mama has closed down her store for a while but have very kindly agreed to providing the winner of this giveaway a workout top in their size. With such a positive message, this will be a perfect exercise addition.

Health and fitness giveaway

Yoga sweat by Lala & Bea – a perfect “throw-on” for after a workout…or for simply relaxin with a good book on the sofa! This soft organic cotton sweatshirt has a slouchy silhouette for a relaxed fell.

Hello day planner giveaway

Planner by Hello Day – this is the ULTIMATE planner for the year ahead. I use mine as my bible of what I should be doing, where I should be going, and why am I going there…it’s beautifully designed and will be you 2017 constant companion.

health and fitness giveaway

A yellow “Baba” pouch from Jem + Bea – not only is this great for carrying essentials in a changing bag but as it can be wiped clean, it’s a perfect wash bag/make up pouch for the gym. The vibrant yellow means it’s easy to find in the huge bags we have to lug about with us with all life’s necessities!

How To Enter

To enter this rather fabulous giveaway simply comment below as to your goal for 2017 – it could be anything from moving house, to starting a business to learning to bake a loaf of bread…anything.

We will also be running the competition on our Instagram and Facebook feeds so make sure you are following us to make sure you stand a good chance of winning!
